Quotations issued by ADSL are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to change thereafter. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes an order, subject to these Terms and any specific terms set out in the quotation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the relevant quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. ADSL reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of goods or services where payment is overdue.
5. Warranties and Support
Equipment supplied by ADSL carries the warranty provided by the respective manufacturer. ADSL provides installation, maintenance and technical support in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow operating instructions.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable site access, and a suitable operating environment necessary for ADSL to perform its services. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions, licences or approvals required at your premises.
7. Intellectual Property
